Pocket Delivery is a peer-to-peer delivery platform that connects people who need to send parcels with travelers going in the same direction. It's faster, more affordable, and powered by real people.

Click "Get Started" on our homepage. You can sign up as a Sender (to send parcels) or as a Traveler (to earn by carrying parcels). You'll need to verify your email and complete your profile.

Yes! All travelers are verified with government ID. We have ratings, reviews, real-time tracking, and OTP confirmation. Visit our Safety Center for more details.

You can send documents, electronics, clothing, food (properly packed), small items, and more. Check our Terms of Service for prohibited items list.

Prices are agreed between you and the traveler. Generally it's 30-50% cheaper than traditional couriers. Pocket Delivery charges a small platform fee.

Once your parcel is picked up, you can track it in real-time through the app. You'll also receive notifications at key milestones.

Sign up as a Traveler, complete ID verification, and post your upcoming trips. Senders will send you requests for parcels going your way.

You set your own rates based on distance, parcel size, and urgency. Many travelers earn ₹200-₹1000+ per trip depending on the route.

Payments are released to your wallet after successful delivery confirmation. You can withdraw anytime to your bank account.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email.

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and all your data will be erased.
