2. Service Description

Pocket Delivery is a peer-to-peer platform that connects people who need to send parcels with travelers going in the same direction. We facilitate connections but are not a courier service.

Important: Pocket Delivery acts as an intermediary platform. We do not:

• Take possession of any parcels
• Guarantee delivery times
• Insure parcels against loss or damage
• Employ or control travelers

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate identification documents
• You must have a valid phone number and email
• Travelers must have valid travel documentation

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs or substances
• Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
• Counterfeit goods or currency
• Hazardous materials
• Stolen property
• Living creatures
• Perishables without proper packaging
• Items prohibited by law in origin or destination

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Senders Must:

• Accurately describe parcel contents
• Package items securely
• Be available for handover at agreed times
• Pay agreed fees promptly

5.2 Travelers Must:

• Verify parcel contents before accepting
• Handle parcels with reasonable care
• Deliver within agreed timeframes
• Maintain communication throughout trip

6. Payments and Fees

• Fees are agreed between sender and traveler
• Pocket Delivery may charge a platform fee
• Payments are processed securely through our platform
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Delivery is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of parcels
• Delays in delivery
• Actions of users on the platform
• Disputes between senders and travelers

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple negative reviews
• Illegal activity
